| How is trading volume calculated? | Trading volume is the total market value of your trades, not just margin. Volume is calculated in USD, with the necessary currency conversion applied if required. All trades across your accounts (e.g. MT4, CFD) count toward your spread rebate progress in each asset class. |

Do precious metals get the same rebate rates as forex? | Yes. Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium all have the same rebate rates as forex. |
| When will I get my rebate? | You can now claim your rebates at any time. Most payouts are processed instantly. In some cases, a payout may require an additional review before it is credited to your account. The claim feature is gradually being made available to customers. If you don't see it yet, it should be enabled for you soon—please check your account for availability. |
| What currency will my rebate be paid in? | Rebates are calculated in USD, but paid in your account currency. |
What if I have multiple accounts? | Trades across all your accounts count toward your qualifying volume. Rebates are calculated and paid to each account separately, in that account's own currency. For full details, see the Loyalty Program Conditions. |
Will I receive rebates for my MetaTrader activity? | MetaTrader trading activity counts towards your overall trading volume and affects your rebate tier, but MetaTrader rebates are calculated separately and credited to your account at the beginning of the following month. |
