I've moved countries. I now live abroad. How do I update my details?

If you want to change your profile details (name, address, country of residence, etc) please send us an email at support@capital.com.

To update your address we need one of the following documents as evidence:

  • ‌Utility bills
  • Bank statements
  • Credit/debit card statements.
  • Residence certificates.
  • Driver's license: IF it has an address.
  • Tax statements, local authority tax bills or income tax returns.
  • Insurance policies.
  • Rental agreements.
  • Government-issued documents such as notices, election invitations, etc.
  • Letters from the landlord or employer.
