Why was my proof of address rejected?

Your proof of address may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The document is not in your name.
  • The document doesn’t show your full residential address. 
  • The document is older than six months.
  • The same document was already used as proof of identity – we require separate documents for identity and address verification.

How to upload your document

  • In the app: Go to Account > My requests, or use this link
  • On the web platform: Click LIVE or DEMO in the top right corner, then select My requests, or use this link
