Withdrawing funds to your bank account

Withdrawing funds to your bank account is simple. Just follow these steps:

On the app:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap Account > Payments > Withdraw.

3. Select your existing bank account or add a new one.
4. If adding a new account, enter your bank details and upload a PDF bank statement showing:
   • Bank name
   • SWIFT code
   • IBAN (if applicable)
   • Account number
   • Account currency
   • Your full name (as it appears on your bank account)
5. Once we verify your details, we’ll notify you, and you’ll be able to withdraw funds.

On the web platform:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Live (top right corner) > Withdraw Funds.

3. Select your existing bank account or add a new one.

4. If adding a new account, enter your bank details and upload a PDF bank statement with:
   • Bank name
   • SWIFT code
   • IBAN (if applicable)
   • Account number
   • Account currency
   • Your full name (as it appears on your bank account)
5. Once your details are verified, we’ll send you a notification, and you can withdraw your funds.
