What happens if my bank account closes?
If your bank account closes for any reason, we require proof from your bank that your account is no longer active. After we receive this, you can provide us with a new bank account for us to issue your funds to.
What happens if my card is no longer in use?
If your card expires, or is no longer in use, you can still make a withdrawal request to your account using that card. Your withdrawal will reflect in the bank account that was connected to that card.
What happens if my card is cancelled and my bank account is closed?
We’ll need proof of cancellation and closure from your bank before we can process your withdrawal to a new account.
